You get full access to the CartCloser AI platform with absolutely no risk. For WooCommerce stores, we offer a 7-day trial. For standard WordPress websites, you get a full 14-day trial. To protect the AI network from abuse, the free trial is capped at 1,000 AI Messages and either a 500-product Catalog limit or 50 Page Syncs. You can upgrade to a paid tier at any time during your trial.
An AI Message is counted every time the assistant generates a reply to your visitor. If a customer sends 3 messages in a row before the AI responds, that counts as exactly 1 AI Message. Standard automated greetings do not count toward your limit.
No. CartCloser AI operates on a strict Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. This means the AI is mathematically restricted and can only discuss products, services, and policies that are physically synced from your WooCommerce catalog or WordPress pages. It cannot invent inventory or offer unapproved discount codes.
